My washing machine flooded part of my house and Ben and Chris were quick to answer my call! Honest, friendly, helpful company. They did a great job with clean up and accommodated our work schedule. Highly recommend! :-)

Remove Unwanted Water

Ben and Chris have been fantastic from day one. My AC condensation tube was clogged, causing a decent amount of water damage. As a first-time homeowner, I wasn't sure where to turn or who to trust. They were fast, professional and thoughtful. They took the time to walk me through what was damaged and next steps. They even made themselves available around the clock, making sure I get the assistance I need from other vendors and even offering to stop by when they're there to ensure the work is done properly. Would 1000% recommend.

The service was outstanding. My water leak damage was evaluated and the course of action to repair was discussed in detail. The price quoted before the repair work was done was the exact charge at completion of the work. I will use All Nation Restoration again if needed.

Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests

Chris and Ben from All Nation Restoration did a great job of inspecting the areas affected by a leak from my A/C unit and identifying where water damage occurred. They also took the time to explain how they determined where the water damage was detected (beyond the water stains visible on the walls and ceilings). There was never any pressure to take any extreme measures to fix the damage. After they provided a thorough explanation of the water damage and remediation options, I decided to hire All Nation Restoration. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them if I ever experience water damage again. Thanks for the HomeAdvisor!

We're committed to maintaining a network of trusted home service businesses, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
