    Actual moving team of 3 guys did a great job and finished in 5 hrs, however they do get 6 hrs because of travel time even with local move. I understood that. But I was charged for 8 hrs, plus a **fuel surcharge** when the move was within the same zip, no appliances, couch was largest item, otherwise boxes of clothes and small belongings. no bed or mattress moved. There were stairs at destination, but half the items went into a high-level.storage unit at my new apt bldg w moving truck parked right next to it. Materials (boxes, tape, paper for wrapping/padding in boxes came to 400. This should not be charged at retail (high) process because the packing hours of the move made the time charges high for a one-bedroom apt, local.move. (They should charge their cost for packing materials.) Move was double their estimate 1900 instead of 900. Guys did a great job, but pricing policies are not fair to client in my opinion. I thought of complaining that day, but I have a disability and the stress of the move was so intense I was too exhausted. Also, the moving guys did a great job, so I didn't want to bring criticism on them that day. May call.too ask about this, esp fuel surcharge, after-the-fact. So if price is no object, they're great, but ask lots of questions up front. Moving costs not explained well in advance.

    Super friendly group of men. Very courteous. We liked the professional attitude and how quick they were able to load all our stuff, move it to our new location and unload the items. They were very cautious about the furniture and all our "fragile" boxes we had packed. No damage at all to any of our belongings. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Not enough time to unpack at the end of the day. I am still waiting for a copy of the bill after a week. The folks worked very hard all day and were good natured. They did all I asked.

    Do not use this company they are the worst company I have ever used. Mr. Smith, Jacob. Dago and Johnny all are horrible. I sent a detailed letter and after 20 days Mr Smith called me to say he was not going to work with me because I did not call him. He went so far as to tell me that it was because I was a woman I did not know what I was doing. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly
