All My Sons Moving & Storage

Moved my parent from assisted living, Dimas & Bruno were fantastic and very kind! Right on time and quick! Highly recommend!!

When I called to book this company I told them exactly what i wanted. - Move Barber chair, coke machine, gym size bike and glider from one room to another. Told them that they would have to take one apart but I wasn't sure how much. I was excited that they were available. The "son" told me they would bring tools with them which gave me the impression that they would have more than a hammer and screwdriver to do the job.. The two young men messed around for more than 1 hour when I finally asked if there was a problem . Turns out they did not know exactly what to do nor have the tools to do it. They never offered to make any kind of amends or to come back at no charge etc. The company charges $100 up front - then a 2 hour minimum. which is apparently whether they do the job or not. I am totally dismayed that I was charged $400 for nothing. I am not sure if this is just a lousy business or that they took advantage of me being a woman and handicapped. Pretty damn sad.

Michael and the others, office and helpers, were friendly, helpful and good humored throughout. The estimate was way high, but it was corrected to fit the actual load. I have used them before for local moves and always had a great experience.

We had a fire at our house and the kitchen was a total loss I had to move I called two Men and a truck they stated that it was not safe to send two of their movers in the house because it was a hazard for them and they would not help me not help me at all so I looked around I found All My sons moving they came out and they were awesome they had everything moved within 3 hours there were four other rooms full of furniture they had to move they were great they did awesome nothing got broke they were fast efficient they took apart furniture that needed taking apart they took down ceiling TVs they were hanging I would definitely use them again.

When Daniel and Juan arrived they were very professional and Daniel explained the paperwork clearly. Both preformed their job excellent and I could not ask for better. They treated my possessions as if it were theirs and I feel confident in referring them and the company to anyone. Thank you Daniel and Juan. Respectfully, JB Quintana

Hired to pack and move, then the day of the job they complained about packing. Did not take care of fragile item and we ended up with broken items. Several pieces of furniture were broken. Then they abandoned the job without completing. Horrible experience, they way over promised and under delivered.

The crew was very helpful and fast. But, I was quoted by their national office a rate of $159 for moving 3 items about 4 miles. When the crew was done, I ended up with a bill of $450. I am retired and handicapped. I am on a fixed income. This is dishonest and I do not have that kind of money sitting around. I felt taken advantage of.
