Do Not Use All My Sons Moving! I used the branch in Springfield, VA and it wasn't a pleasant experience. They moved me in mid-May. They broke one of my large Ansel Adams prints. I submitted a claim. I am still waiting to hear anything back from them. My bed was not completely assembled at the time of my move. The headboard and the sideboards are loosely attached. I have attempted to have this remedied, to no avail. Yesterday I tried to get this taken care of, not my first attempt. I got the run-around and transferred from person to person, eventually they hung up on me. I called back and got transferred around and eventually ended up talking with someone at the home office in Dallas. He transferred me back to the branch office after telling me he could not help me. The branch office picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up. I called a third time , and was once again told that they would not send anyone to fix the problem, if a truck happened to be in the area, I could pay to have them come and finish the job, both the mileage/gas and the hourly rate. I was also told they certainly would not accept a claim and would not reimburse any costs for me to have someone come in to fix it. I explained that the guys they sent did not finish the job. The guy on the phone essentially told me too bad, you paid us, so we don't have to fix what we didn't do. I will NEVER use them again. I was appalled at their attitude! Don't believe the recording when you call and get put on hold! They do not care.

Woods, Mayhand, and Don were outstanding. They communicated thoroughly and clearly with us throughout the move and they were incredibly efficient in getting the job done. Most of all, they were very pleasant and good-natured as they engaged us throughout the process. It was easy to see that they took pride in their work, and they valued us as customers. It was a great experience during a typically stressful process. I recommend them very highly and with great confidence.

The worst moving company of all time. $4,400 to move 4 miles! Sonny the guy who organizes these jobs is truly terrible at his job and lacks any sort of customer service. He says itâ s a reputable company and all I see are negative reviews. The company as a whole is full of thieves. The workers doing the move were telling me all the terrible things the company does to steal from you. Please donâ t use this company!

Antoine was wonderful as was woods very polite very accommodating they couldnt have been better. It was just a delightful experience and really financially reasonable but I really did like Antoine And Woods together. These guys are the best. They moved into a difficult situation 17 steps and they did an amazing job. Nothing was broken. Nothing was damaged. It was amazing. Ive used this company before as has my sister when we moved from Williamsburg Virginia. And each of us had the best experience I cant recommend these guys and All My Sons more. Ive already recommended them to somebody and continue to do so thank you so much again.

Hired this company to move me to wva and they went in to move me and broke my coffee and end tables and chair leg and stole a gun which was reported to the police The 4 guys that was suppose to be moving they told that they were convicted felons these guys are untrust worthy the cost was ridiculous never heard a dam thing back from them sence I called the supervisor so I would recommend to stay away from this company they are crooks and thieves.
