"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Absolutely hire Vally for any work you need done! He thoroughly impressed me throughout three (3) weeks of renovations to a 1967 home in need of updating. We werent exactly sure of what we wanted to do, but Vally was full of ideas and helped us decide on the plan forward. He came out once to estimate the job, then we had some other ideas and he didnt even blink an eye at coming out again to re-measure and re-quote based upon our new plan. Knock down a wall to expand, re-tile, and re-plumb your master bath? Done. Take out another wall and remove a 60s bar area and some dead space to create a laundry room? Ok, Then discover numerous pipes have to be re-routed by jackhammering a path into the existing concrete slab? Easily done, and he didnt even break a sweat. His attention to detail was amazing. His drywall and fine carpentry work is flawless. He went above and beyond literally everywhere he possibly could- the walkway and driveway to my home were dingy, so he power washed them. Because they needed it. I had like 9 doors to paint, so he handed me his paint sprayer and taught me how to use it because it would save me time. Not him, me. After 3 weeks of working on the home, he carted a massive pile of debris off to the dump - not all from his jobs, it included the stuff I added. Just because he cares and wants to do right. I wish I had more projects to hire Vally for - it was truly an enjoyable experience working with him! Seriously, you wont find a more caring, skilled, or capable company out there. He literally solved every problem I threw at him, and even offered me advice on projects I was working on simply because he had experience and knowledge that would help. All of this at super competitive pricing no less! If I could give him 10 stars I would, but HomeAdvisor limits me to 5... Hire Vally, he will provide superior quality and service!!"

They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we donâ  t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. "They do excellant work. They came when they said they would. Tthey cleaned up every day and left everything looking great. One project involved removing a large wooden structure sunken into the ground, and completely surrounded by flowers and plants to a depth of five feet. They were able to remove the structure without harming a single plant. Not an easy task."

If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way.
