They presented a very competitive bid that offered pricing for either composite or wood material. They worked with me on alternatives until I made a decision. They were able to start work without a long wait. HR Renovations kept in contact with me regarding their plan and their crew stuck to the schedule. Secondly, I really liked the crew they had doing the work at my house. They were friendly but not intrusive. They worked through the day without a ton of breaks and did a very methodical and professional job. I felt very comfortable having them working around the house. Each day they picked up the work area and left it in clean and organized shape. The job was finished on time and I am very happy with the final product. "MC Fence and Deck replaced an existing 4' cross board fence with a new a 6' board on board fence needed to retain one of my 4 legged children who had become a jumping escape artist. They also replaced a 10x20 failing and falling apart wood deck with a new Trex deck. The estimate process was easy and customer service was excellent before the services. Afterwards when I let them know some debris had been left in my yard, they came out right away to clean it up. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
