    I was grossly overcharged. I have been calling and emailing and have been brushed off, ignored, or assured that the issues would be resolved and then the person promising to resolve the issue disappears. The crew was very friendly, but slow, careless, and reeked of weed. I do not care if you smoke, I just want my furniture undamaged and my boxes right side up.

    Don?t use them! Called at 3:00 the day before my move to tell me that their truck and crew were stuck somewhere and wouldn?t be back in time to move me. I was renting at the time and had no leeway with the leasing office to change my move date. The manager did nothing to offer a plan B other than tell me they would return my deposit. Any good company in public service should have a back up plan for customer satisfaction. I have since then read several negative reviews about this company and I can?t understand how they are still in business! Two Men and a Truck came to my rescue and they were absolutely the best!!!!

    Cost over $1000.00 to move four pieces of furniture 17 miles. Workers were not prepared. Not enough masks. No tools for the job. Far TOO expensive. I would not recommend them.

    I would NOT recommend this company to my enemy. They sent one experience person with three other that broke an expensive cocktail table, broke a piece of the hand railing, knock the computer thermostat off the wall and cracked it. Custom service told to have replace and I pay for and they reimburse me. Also turn in a claim voucher but they didnt know how long it would take to get reimbursed. They had ass set up furniture, they left boxes all though the kitchen, we had labeled everything, do not know why they did not read what was on the boxes. Costumer service was know help. Thanks for the sloppy work!

    Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But of course they were delayed by the previous move and did not arrive until 4:15pm. And with extra mover because no time to take them back. Told me **more expensive but faster**, so, not a big price difference?! But, now, I can only do storage shed. Finished around 6:30 ish. Was shocked when got the bill and was way more than I expected. Plus tips. And only half the job done. So team Eddy is great but should have gone local like my instincts told me to do.
