    The company recommended 2 men because I did not have appliances to move. The 2 men took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse. I was told they would be at my apartment at 8am and they did not come to 2pm. When I called the dispatch said that I was the second move. The team scratched the walls and I am truly disappointed in the service after I was assured that the time would be about 5 hours. I know this is an estimate, but I feel like they saw a woman and tried to get all of my money to move.

    I am very pleased with the services I received from All My Sons moving. The movers were very respectable, caring, detailed with handling all of my belongings. The only con I had was when they were not able to come the day of my scheduled move. We had to reschedule, and they offered me a credit toward the charges.

    Isaiah, Capone, and Daneda were total rockstars! We had a ton of stuff (most of it heavy) and they loaded and unloaded it up a flight of stairs all under 5 hours without slowing down. I truly have no clue how they did it! If anyone is worried about your move costing too much it is ABSOLUTELY money well spent with these guys. I have over 500 books (and almost all of my boxes, not just books, were heavy) and they carried every. single. box. Someone needs to give them a raise or something cause this team just secured All My Sons for every future move I have.

    My rating is for the Moving crew only!! They were all professional, friendly, and efficient. From start to finish, I enjoyed their ability to transport my belongings and nothing was broke or missing! As far as the company itself as it relates to pricing and billing, I will be filing a complaint. I was absolutely gouged! The Moving consultant quote it me a price for three helpers and the conversation was such that a final price when she talked about all the moving parts was about $554. When the crew arrived to unload my belongings, I was met with a bill of over $1500!!! The billing department representative was very knotty and I got no resolution, even though I pulled up notes and conversations from the moving consultant months prior to my move, that was discussed. I had to let my belongings stay on the truck held hostage! I called the corporate office and explained what I expected versus what happened…next day bill was at drop off was over $1200! I paid, but I’ll file a complaint!!!

    The movers arrived much later than originally quoted. The guys were friendly and did a good job, but I was charged double what my quote was and was not happy with that situation. Again, not the fault of the movers or the work itself.

    Bill and Al were awesome. They got right to it when they arrived and they were very polite and respectful with handling all of our stuff. Highly recommend using them if you need to find a good moving company.
