All Fenced In

Carmen is a good guy. He was punctual for the first appointment and also very competitively priced. There were some complication in the job, which he responded to almost immediately and got it fixed(redone the right way). The only negative thing is that he is very difficult to get a hold off for after service/support. He is also yet to comeback to fix a problem I reported almost 2 months back - but I'm hoping he will.

They had great customer service and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it before calling the job a wrap without making it seem like an inconvenience.

Overall i am completely happy with the end result,a few snags with scheduling but Carmen made it up with an upgrade in fencing and a install crew that did a incredible job.

Wanted to say I was very pleased that they communicated before, during and after the completion of the job to our satisfaction.

They were great! The came right out and gave me a free estimate (which a lot of companies don't do anymore) and they started my job within 2 weeks. The men were very respectful and cleaned up everything, there was absolutely NO mess, which my husband LOVED. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great local company who seems to be all about customer service!

This company was AMAZING!! We had quite a bit of damage from all the snow and needed to get the damage fixed right away because we have 2 small dogs. Carmen the owner came out within 2 days and gave us a great quote. Between him and his crew were extremely professional. I was shocked they were even able to complete the job as fast as they did especially since it was more on an emergency basis plus it was still extremely cold out, but that didn't matter to them. Their job plus clean up was more then my husband and I could ever expect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for either a repair or even a brand new one! Thanks again to Carmen and his crew!

Meeting with Carmen initially, he seemed very nice & gave us a "good deal." Then everything went downhill- horrible communication, took over 2 weeks to get a contract from him, which had several errors/omissions from our original agreement. Then he delayed the start date twice. He was rarely on site when his guys were working. His guys started digging the fence line 2 feet into neighbors property, broke their sprinkler system and their dog fence (electric). The fence looked nice from the road, but up close didn't seem sturdy and some posts my 3 1/2 year old son could wobble with his hands- my husband dug out around the posts to measure depth. Many posts had been cut before being buried, some only 22 inches deep, despite Carmen reassuring us that they "bury all posts 30 inches." He had to come back and replace the gate posts but my husband ended up pouring concrete in other posts. The gate posts were supposed to be buried in concrete but were not. Instead some concrete was poured around the surface to appear they were buried. Fence gate is already started to warp one month in. The gate hinges are poorly installed. One of the post caps is missing. His crew left at least a dozen screws and nails all over the driveway and front yard, and we have small children around. They also tried to hide some rocks they dug by putting under plantings in our yard. There were a few other issues I can't even remember. Overall we can't believe how much of a headache this project became, and how little confidence we had in the company. It was not worth saving some money because in the end, it took way too long, is poor quality and probably won't last more than a year. Although Carmen seemed nice, he clearly was not invested in this company and seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared to do the project well. I would NOT recommend "All Fenced In" fence services to ANYONE.
