As others have said, Karl Baker seems to have a problem with communication. You have to nag this guy and half the time his crews don't show up as expected. The work, when it as done, 4 months late, was satisfactory. Karl is a charming and engaging and I'm sure this gets him a long way in working with some people. For me, I'd prefer someone who does what he says he'll do.

I had a great experience with All Angles Covered! They repaired our roof and did additional work that was outside of the job we hired them for. They are very professional, responsive and worked within my schedule. Great service! I have already hired them for our next project.

After 20 inches of snow fell the day before, I was fearful when I noticed 2 light fixtures in the ceiling dripping water. Karl with All Angles Covered contacted me after my plea on Home Advisor and came out just an hour later. Karl knew exactly what he was doing and was extremely helpful explaining to me how snow had gotten into my attic space causing the leaks. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The perfect package! My new resource for projects and emergencies to come on all angles. Thank you!

At the end of September Karl said we'd aim to be finished by the end of October, Well, it wasn't finished until the end of January. Also Karl seems to have a problem giving timely notice as to when his crews are going to arrive. It is now March and we are still waiting for a crew to paint the living room ceiling, which was damaged during the repair.

Great company and service. They helped with a small repair and roof inspection. They did not make a mountain out of a mole hill and they were very easy to work with. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

Karl Baker was true to his word on what he could accomplish for us and offered excellent customer service. The quote for the roof work was completed when & as promised and his billing invoice was true to the quote, which he allowed us to have paid through title during the closing of the sale of our home. This was paramount as we had a closing deadline to meet on the sale of our home and the work needed to be completed within 5 working days.

My barely 3yr old home's roof was leaking and I posted my problem on a neighborhood internet social network asking for advice and recommendations. Within minutes I received a private email from one of my neighbors, Karl Baker, who works with All Angles Covered. He mentioned he has seen this problem with my builder and was available to take a look if I wanted. Well, I wanted and called him. He came by the next day (on Sunday, during the NFL playoffs) and checked it out. Karl was very genuine, friendly, and no pressure. He said he could come back by in the next few days and pull up the tiles to properly diagnose the issue and fix it. And guess what?..he came back, when he said he would, and properly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Imagine that, a trade doing what he said and when he said it (can you hear my sarcasm). I don't mean to be cynical but over the years I have had my fair share of trade work done and businesses don't always do what they say and when they say. Karl Baker and All Angles Covered are a breath of fresh air in the industry. Imagine getting awesome customer service, fast and effective work, all for an incredible price. Being from CO some might think I've been smoking some product but I promise you that what I am saying is reality and not fantasy. If you need roofing (or anything for that matter...they do everything), don't make a mistake and call someone else. Call All Angles Covered. Karl thanks for the incredible service.
