Ricardo inspected the roof and provided videos of the issues. He fit me into his schedule quickly to get the work done before an impending snowstorm. My primary problem was with vents glued down by the builder 3 years ago were flapping in strong winds. The wrong adhesive had been used, so the crew replaced it. I haven't had the flapping in the weeks since, so I trust they fixed the problem (hopefully, for long term). The work took about 20 mins for a crew of 3, so it is hard to say if the price I paid was a good value since it was such a quick job, but I can say their price was the same as that quoted by a competitor, so it seems to be a fair-market price.

Ricardo was very thorough in his inspection of the roof and honest about repairs needed vs. what could be left for later. And then they were quick to schedule my repairs and complete them. I'll definitely call this company for a roof inspection after the next hail storm.
