I inquired about a service call about 10:15 pm and Mario sent me a message at 1030. I called him and he was happy to take my call. We scheduled an appt for the next morning and Frank showed up promptly. He was a very nice guy, he quickly troubleshot the issue and got my AC running cold. Thanks guys!

I have known this company for at least 10 years. This company has been taking care of my house for a long time. They beat everybody elses prices, every time. So far, they have replaced 3 HVAC complete unit sin our house, added a split unit in the garage, changed three water heaters over 10 years, installed the main water filtration system... By my calculation, we have saved more than 30% of any service and repair, installation or arena purchase price, compared to the market prices. I will rate this company in the following categories as excellent. The best company management in the Las Vegas area. The best educated and presentable technicians in the Las Vegas area. The best in customer service in the Las Vegas area. They even register all of the product warranties that I purchase with the manufacturers and inform and NV Energy. Most of the equipment has lifetime warranty. We highly recommend them. After all, honesty is priceless. This is why Air Pro Master is the best in our opinion.

The technician who arrived, was very professional, but still handled my rambunctious terrier with apomp. He assessed the A/C unit and overall health of the system, provided clear feedback as to the service needed and performed the service quickly.
