The team at All Pro Masters was easy to work with. We handle a couple mishaps but tgey wete anle reset and get the job back on track. I enjoyed working with them. There techs did a good job.

Terrible, dishonest, rude, dismissive and not willing to repair problems they create. Their tech re-wired several components on my AC unit against the wiring diagram then left without the AC working. Second tech comes our and says it will take him hours (if he can even figure out what the guy did) to fix the problem. Said he never should have done what he did. Told me to call and reschedule, when I did after poor treatment by their clerical staff I spoke to I think the owner. He was arrogant, rude and dismissive. I ask that he come out to see the damage his company did, he refused and told me to call someone else. There is a bit more to the story but not enough room to write it all. **Do Not Use, terrible, dishonest, inexperienced**

This is half the story and told in such a way to make you look innocent when in truth you were extremely rude and abrasive to office staff to try to get your way instead of listening to any solutions. You cursed at everyone and called office staff vulgar names. This is not how you treat people if you are trying to get to a solution. Due to your abrasive behavior we chose not to come back to your property.
