Very responsive and responsible during the whole process. Very fair prices, same day I called Ed came out to give an estimate and had a New unit installed the next day after 14 days of no a.c. during triple digit temps. I got no help from my warranty co so called on my own. I would recommend them for any a.c. job you need. Great family owned company!!!

I paid for a Lennox system but received a Goodman system. When I called the sales rep he told me they were out of Lennox, but the Goodman was just as good. When I asked about the price difference, he told me they both cost the same. He called his warehouse while the service contract was being written up and he said the Lennox was in stock. I fill that he should have given me a quote on the Goodman, before it being installed. The system installed seems to be doing it s job. I fill he should have contacted me about the brand change before installation. I also asked him to change my service contract and he told me that we didn t need to, the office has the records if anything goes wrong. The young man who did the installation was great, I have no issues with him.
