Terrific experience with owner Chris Chrum and Affordable Painting...my husband and I are renovating a 95 year old bungalow ourselves and he was very hesitant to let anyone else get their hands on it. Not only did Affordable do an excellent job.....but they listened to all of Brian's concerned and Chris constantly checked in to make sure our needs were being met. Would highly recommend Affordable Painting and will definitely use them again on our renovation should we need.

I have been in the service business for decades (4) and I have never experienced service provision at the level extended by co-owner, Chris Chrum. First of all, Chris is a genuinely nice man. His communication skills are non-pareil. I was prepping a house for sale and I hired Affordable to paint the interior. Their prices were very reasonable, but at the end of the day I hired them because Chris came across as a credible, capable, and thoughtful professional. It proved to be the best decision I have ever made. As the job progressed, I was provided narrative and video updates of the work on a daily basis. Chris went out of his way to make me aware of several cosmetic and functional concerns that he discoverd. I was so appreciative of this action because although the work was being done in FL, I was living in Dayton, OH. Chris wasn’t “up selling” either. He knew what my intentions were and he simply provided enhancement recommendations that would help me sell the property faster. Furthermore, he took it upon himself to provide solutions for me. The house was put on the market the day Chris was finished and I had two offers two days later. I firmly believe that Chris’ work was key to this. I’ll be closing on it within a month of the completion of his work. The quality of Affordable’s work was stellar. The service delivery was extraordinary. The best service experience ever.
