They were incredibly helpful and great to work with. I only looked into two mold removal companies, but I was definitely more impressed with AdvantaClean from the very start. I'm a DIY guy and wanted to do part of the work, and not only did they offer me some instructions, but they even left some equipment around longer for me. My only complaint is that they missed cleaning a couple of areas. I noticed them after they left, but they came right back and took care of it. I would work with AdvantaClean again.

The work completed met our expectations, however, someone was to be at our house a 9:00 one morning and no one showed up and no one called. i finally reached someone about 1:00 and they sent someone out to complete the job.

Thorough and efficient. The gentlemen were kind and took time to answer my questions. They also allowed me to get a peek at what they were doing without any hesitation. The area was very clean and tidy after the work was completed. I would recommend this company to others.

Grateful for the swiftness and complete follow thru of start to finish with mold issues as well as clarification of insulation(tested for asbestos was negative). Very knowledgable, through in cleaning up after themselves.

Very responsive and customer-focus centric. Reported issues on Monday evening. Kevin came out to assess the situation on Wednesday and was very helpful in educating me on the damage, ramifications, etc. He was very thorough and answered all my questions professionally and to my satisfaction. The actual mitigation was completed by Saturday. Throughout the week, Kevin and AdvantaClean were very responsive to my calls and text messages.
