From the first phone call Chris was very helpful. I was specific about what I wanted and he quoted me a ballpark price. We are very happy with the equipment, the installation, and the cleanup afterwards. He called the next day and asked how everything was going. We had questions about installing the program on our IPads and he came out and set them up for us.

Chris was great to work with during the "interview / selection" process and responded immediately to any questions or messages. He helped me select the best package for my home and the price was very reasonable compared to other providers. He showed up on time (a little early, even) and made sure everything was working to my (and his) satisfaction. He reviewed the operation of the admin box and helped me install the monitoring app and set it up for me. Highly recommended.
