He went out of his way to work with me and my previous alarm service. He reprogrammed my system that had been wiped by previous alarm service personnel. This was additional unnecessary work caused by the previous service. He checked my system and made professional recommendation to improve its operation. As a Professional Engineer, I highly recommend Advanced Security Concepts.

Advanced Security concepts did a wonderful job for us. We were having trouble with a camera system he did not install. However, he fixed the problem for us and taught us (two old people) how to use the system correctly. He could very easily have convinced us we needed all new cameras and wires. But he did not. Instead, he fixed just what really needed fixing and charged a very reasonable fee for his services. He was very polite, kind, and patient; took his time and answered all our questions until he was sure we completely understood. We would most definitely call on Advanced Security Concepts again if we have problems with our camera system in the future. We would especially recommend him to older people who, like us, do not understand the digital world very well. He will educate you and not take advantage of you. May God bless him. We need more contractors with Chrisâ integrity.

Great people very professional did the job and ready to help with questions after installation and came out when an animal disconnected one of the cameras even helped to down load video to my computer for and insurance claim months after installation.
