Chris originally installed our equipment 3 years ago. We had some issues and he was receptive to our calls and replaced the equipment per the warranty. Our remote viewing app had a lot of issues recently. He came out and replaced the app on our phones with a new one at no charge. He has stood behind his equipment with a great support system. The new app is working great, and I am confident that he will stand behind it!

After completing a professional, neat installation Chris followed up with a couple of phone calls to make sure everything met my expectations. I had used him in the past for a rental cabin I owned so my expectations were high based on my past experience, he exceeded them. I have used cameras in the past from big box stores and there is no comparison to the quality and professional install from Advanced Security Concepts. Additionaly, the two systems are able to be upgraded easily shouold my needs change. Along with cameras I had my home wired for a complete security system which when I decide to have monitoring that can be done for a monthly fee which is better than the other programs I am familar with. You really can't go wrong, I wish I had met Chris before wasting time and money for a DIY system in a box.

Wow! I am amazed. I live in Illinois and needed video surveillance at my cabin in Gatlinburg. Chris far exceeded my expectations, and went above and beyond, to be sure the install is flawless.
