Chris installed 2 cameras replacing some existing lights that were not very bright and he explained the pros vs cons of my security system overall from the perspective of a professional who has years of experience in the industry. Chris Cobble called me right away after I posted my need for security camera installation, even though it was pretty late in TN , 3 hours later than my Pacific time. In talking I quickly understood that Chris is an experienced pro and that he would do an excellent job. He asked me enough questions to understand what I wanted and needed. We scheduled for him to go out the same time the Internet installation crew showed up - killing two birds with one stone. In addition to installing hard wired security cameras recording to a DVR - everything power backed up by UPS - I asked Chris to also install and configure a WiFi router. Chris did everything I asked, completely up to my expectations. He communicated regularly and clearly with me. When he was done he sent photos of his work, and photos of the different remote-monitoring log in screens. Finally we had a phone call where he walked me through the remote login process, making sure I knew how to use everything.
