Advanced Concrete Lifting

Charles is Awesome ! Came out for a quote for the work to be done and came out again a few weeks later to start the job. My walkway path to the front porch had sunk about 1.5 inches and was a tripping hazard. He drilled a couple holes and lifted the slab, then injected the expanding foam. Perfect height and level with the porch now. Call Charles for all your concrete needs. He is the best !!

Charles gave us a bid that was competitive with two others that we received. However, Charles seemed more honest and trustworthy, so we hired him and we are very happy that we did. He showed up on time, He remained professional, kept us advised of the work and did a great job

To no fault of Advanced Concrete Lifting. Our slab dropped 1/2 inch. In all fairness, I feel the soul is just too soft and saturated at this time. also, I have to re-route a downspout that dumps water into this area; even though it has not yet rained.

When I was calling companies trying to get some information and quotes for this job, many calls were answered by individuals who would take a message and couldn't really answer my questions to begin with. Advanced Concrete Lifting was easy to reach, was knowledgeable and made time to get an estimate for me far sooner than anyone else would. I wound up hiring Charles to do a large void fill for me under my basement slab, and he was great. He answered all of my questions, he did exactly what he said he would do and there were no surprises. His office/staff were great to work with and very accomodating of my schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again should the need ever arise!

I felt very comfortable with Charles and his communication. He was courteous and I really felt like they listened to all my concerns. Every question was answered, and I'm pleased with the results. 100% will recommend to friends and family.

Mr. Charles White repaired cracks in my concreted basement wall. After his assessment, he explained his repair approach, the type of material he would use to fill the cracks and identified the product he planned to use to recover the wall before he closed it. When he arrived on the work day, he asked again if I had questions and then invited me to see the different stages as he completed the work. He did very good cleanup and clearly has a lot of experience in this area. I highly recommend his company.

We hired Advanced Concrete lifting to do substantial work on our floors and stem wall on our property in Gilbert. The work was done very well - Charles and his company were very communicative, and everything was amazing. A few weeks after our initial repair, we noticed some new, unrelated cracking that appeared in the still bare floors. We were worried because it was a matter of days until our new floors were scheduled for install. Charles went ABOVE and BEYOND any reasonable expectation to make sure everything was fixed before your floors were installed - working through the weekend. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this company for any concrete related projects.
