Brian was prompt, courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up well. We had some wildlife caught in the spark arrestor and Brian removed and cleaned the area and added some hardware cloth to prevent future incursions. We will hire Brian again.

We had our heating and dryer vents cleaned. Brian gave me a very responsible price for the cleaning of both. We are very pleased with the quality of work and it was done in a timely manner. We would recommend Advanced Cleaning Technologies. After Brian showed me what was hiding in our vents, I would recommend having heating and dryer vents cleaned for everyone, health factor as well as a safety factor.

Brian was courteous, efficient and helpful when answering questions and completing work. $225 seemed rather pricey to clean a fireplace but this is my first time hiring a service person for this type of project and overall satisfied with the company.

The owner came himself and cleaned the tile. He was on time, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and professional. His rates were reasonable as well. We will surely hire this company again for tile cleaning.

The chimney hadn't been cleaned in a long time so he did a good job of that. Worked on the damper and did a good job of getting all the old soot and debris out. Only negative is that all of our furniture and floor space had a fine layer of soot dust on it when he was done. He didn't clean that part up so my wife had to vac and wipe down everything.
