The owner of the company called me with lightening speed, listened to the scope of the work (which I underestimated based on faulty memory - the pet accident occurred while I was away on a trip and the area my husbandâ s man cave). An appointment was offered for the following early afternoon. The contractor arrived on time, told me how he would remove the stains and odors with enzymatic cleaners, approximately how long it would take to complete the project, approximate length of drying time. He billed me for the estimated amount, even though more area and work was involved, saying his goal was to keep me as a satisfied, returning customer. Will definitely contact him for future carpet cleaning and will be happy to give positive recommendations to prospective customers.
