All good.
It was a great job. Fireplace is working fine now.
Great job and reliable. I will hire again.
Brian was very easy to work with . He picked up my area rugs, cleaned them and delivered to my home in 2 days. Thanks for a great job.
Brian did a great job cleaning our air handling system. I would definitely recommend him
I contacted Bryon on Sunday night and he was at our home Monday afternoon and he swept our chimney. No mess for us to clean up and no smoke in our house while having a fire burning Monday evening. Thank you Bryon for your professional and quick service.
I hired Brian to clean all the tile and grout in my house as well as our walk in tiled shower. Every thing turned out wonderful! I did notice a few spots on the shower wall that were missed with the sealer but over all, an excellent job. Will definitely hire Brian again next time and will have the tile cleaned in the next two years. We put our tile in 16 years ago and had no idea how often it should be cleaned? Now we know and will have it done again as well as the shower by Brian and his sweet little assistant, Ashlund ! ( his daughter) Excellent out come on very old tile and grout! Love that he also sealed the tile and the grout throughout the house as well as in our shower! Excellent service and very professional . We're thrilled with the outcome. Keeping his number in our files for sure!
Brian was a nice enough guy. He was hired mainly to clean our grout. The grout in our kitchen was very soiled in spots and he did say it wouldn't turn out as well as the rest of our grout areas. Well, he was right, the end result was very disappointing. There were very lightly soiled spots of grout in other parts of the house however that didn't turn out so well either. It just seemed that he was trying to do the job way to fast, as if his focus was on getting the heck out of there rather than focusing on the problem areas for us. If he had, I think we would have had a better result. I think if he had left the pre-treatment on a little longer and cleaned the living room carpet (we hired him to do this too) while it soaked on the tile we may have gotten a better result on the grout. He ran the machine over the tile pretty darn fast, I thought he treated the dirty spots almost the same as the grout that was not very dirty, again, it seemed like a "speed job" to me. After a $400 plus bill,it was very disappointing. For a company entitled "ADVANCED" cleaning technoligies, it did not appear to be anything to advanced about it. Anyway, looks like I'll be down on my hands and knees with oxyclean and a brush for a day or two trying to get the dirt out that was left behind by his "advanced" method. The other company recommended offered to come out and demo their method first(which in hindsight) sounded like a better pretreat. I wish I had decided on them. Oh well....
Beautiful job; very courteous, polite and knew what had to be done.
