Brian was very attentive to getting the best job done. He worked extra on areas that had more dirt than we even knew about.

Brian and his son just completed a carpet cleaning job at our home. They did an outstanding job on our 15 year old carpets and made sure all of the stains came out. They worked quickly and even did more than expected and we are very pleased with their work. They were a pleasure to have in our home and we would surely hire them again. UPDATE/EDIT: Unfortunately, I have to modify my original review. Yesterday, we were honestly a bit surprised at how quickly Brian completed the job and now we know why. Here it is about 23 hours later and several areas of our rugs are still wet. Not damp, but wet. We ran the fans and heat after he left like he suggested and he told us it would take 4 to 5 hours for drying. As it dried, I also found areas where there were lines of dirt where it appear he stopped the extractor. I used our home rug machine to try to fix those areas and the water I extracted was dark brown dirty. When he arrived late, Brian apologized and said it was because it was a very busy day and it appears now that he was in a hurry to finish our job and must have gone way too fast with the extraction. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt because he is very nice but looking at the job the next day, I just can't.

We recently had Brian Cooper out to clean the carpets in a new home we purchased. We were able to set an appointment just before we started moving stuff in. Brian was on time, was very thoughtful about not making a mess, was very thorough and did a fantastic job with the carpets. They actually looked brand new after his job was completed. We would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Cleaning Technologies to anyone we know and certainly will not use anyone else in the future. 5 stars for sure.

Prompt, Courteous with both the "BID" and work. We wanted an extra "seal coat" and that was NO problem. Brian refused to let us pay him for the extra coat....Just a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
