After some minor water damage, I needed a small area of carpet pad replaced and the carpet stretched. The pad was replaced. However, there was still an obvious lump running along my entrance area to my kitchen. I mentioned this to Mr. Adams before he left. He stated that it would take a few days for it to straighten out. He said to call him if it didn't. I called him approx 2-3 weeks later to have him address this problem. He stated he would call me back. He did not. So approx 2 weeks later, I called him again. He again stated he would call me back. He did not. I still have the lump in my carpet. Would not recommend Adams Installations
