Mr. Adams communicated with me and scheduled a time to come. I arranged my schedule to be home at the designated time and he did not arrive. I called and he said he gave me a window between 2-5 which is incorrect since I wrote it down while I was speaking to him. If you depend on someone to show up when they say then don't hire this company.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding I am sure I said a window between 2-5 as its almost impossible to give a exact time of arrival ,never knowing circumstances with traffic etc.,

as we talked before I did the repair, it is very difficult to patch a 5 year old piece of carpet with a piece of new... I would b happy to come out and do what ever is necessary to make it better
