Jeff was very professional. He is an excellent communicator. He followed up to an email and was able to come to my house to give me an estimate and complete the work very quickly. I am very pleased with the work completed. I didn't have to move the furniture myself (yay!). His pricing is reasonable. Better to fix the issue than replace the carpet . I will call Jeff again if I have rippling in the carpet.
