DO NOT HIRE DONALD GLADWELL ? UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE Our experience with Donald Gladwell was a nightmare from start to finish. He hired unprofessional, sloppy workers who showed no respect for our home. The work was so poor that we had to bring in a professional team just to fix the mess they left behind. Donald initially promised the project would take five days, but it dragged on for over two months with little to no oversight from him. He made no effort to monitor the quality or progress of his workers, leaving us to manage the entire project ourselves. This was a frustrating and costly experience, and I strongly urge others to stay away. Hire a professional who actually stands behind their work?Donald Gladwell is not that person.
