Jeff called and said he could be early. He came on out and I showed him what I needed done. He explained what needed done and completed the job in a timely manner. When he was finished he showed me everything that was done and asked if there was anything else we needed. I was impressed with his work and if we ever need any more work done I will call Access garage doors and have them come out. Completely satisfied.

They installed a new garage door and opener not quite a year ago. I recently got a car without an internal garage remote. I ordered compatible remotes and attempted to program (I am, in general, not handy, tech stuff is even worse) unsuccessfully. Concurrently, I managed to cause all openers to not work. I called Access and they were at my house in an hour and got everything working within 10-15 minutes. Very grateful to the Access and the two men that came to help me.

Access Garage Doors of Dayton was EXCELLENT! They arrived EARLY (called a head), figured out the problem, fixed it, and advised us of potential future issues (due to the age of the garage door opener unit). I HIGHLY recommend them!

We absolutely love our new garage door openers!! Access Garage Doors & the owner, Justin went above & beyond to meet our needs! Including staying the same day until our openers were completed! Very polite, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable on the operation & installation. We could not find enough words to say about how fantastic our experience, purchase & Justin is!
