They installed a new garage door and opener not quite a year ago. I recently got a car without an internal garage remote. I ordered compatible remotes and attempted to program (I am, in general, not handy, tech stuff is even worse) unsuccessfully. Concurrently, I managed to cause all openers to not work. I called Access and they were at my house in an hour and got everything working within 10-15 minutes. Very grateful to the Access and the two men that came to help me.

Access Garage Doors of Dayton was EXCELLENT! They arrived EARLY (called a head), figured out the problem, fixed it, and advised us of potential future issues (due to the age of the garage door opener unit). I HIGHLY recommend them!

We absolutely love our new garage door openers!! Access Garage Doors & the owner, Justin went above & beyond to meet our needs! Including staying the same day until our openers were completed! Very polite, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable on the operation & installation. We could not find enough words to say about how fantastic our experience, purchase & Justin is! Garage door spring broke, I entered my info. Minutes later Justin called asked a few questions about the spring gave me quote over the phone. Which was a fee rate of 299.00 to replace one spring. Came next morning and on time. Looked at door and ask me some more questions and informed me about the door and its overall condition. I Asked for quote to replace, we discussed the options available and cost, he left a pamphlet showing the different styles available . Justin was very professional, polite, and cleanly dressed. Overall just a great display of customer service.
