Above Average Locksmith

Todd @ Above Average Locksmith is highly professional, displayed excellent customer service. I had locked myself out before having to head into work. There were no available locksmiths in the Covington area so I had to redirect my search in google. Todd answered gave a 20 minute ETA, made it on time, and was speedy getting me back in. For after hour service call AA ask for Todd.

He was good and finished the work quickly.

The customer service provided was very professional, courteous and efficient. I was very impressed with the turnaround time from start to finish.

Amazingly prompt response to my request, and offered to take care of it within 30 min. of our speaking. Actually arrive earlier than expected, a minor inconvenience, and had to replace the entire lock when all I needed was a replacement key, but I believe that's standard practice, so all's good. Pleasant chap, with a very convenient portable charge/printer device for completing payment.

Todd was very helpful and an all around nice guy

They said someone would be there in 30 min. It took them 35 min, he was awesome, it took him literally 5 mins to get in my car to get my keys. My only problem with the business is when I got the quote over the phone I was told $85, so when I paid they tacked on another $20 for a service charge. Would have been nice to know the actual amount when I called. Other then that Iâ m pleased and happy to be home!!

Above average had a very quick response and I had called others before them and no one could commit to a time and Todd was there within an hour. Speaking of Todd he was awesome! Todd was very professional and knew what he was doing.

Very knowledgeable, explained the options and didnâ t try to upsale. I will be using him again to install chain on 2 of my doors!
