He responded to my job request instantly, drove to my house on the spot, kept me posted on his timing and estimated time of arrival, and expertly had the job done within 90 minutes of when I put in a job request and within 30 minutes of his arrival. He had all the necessary tools and spare parts needed in his van. My debit was locked shut, and then the inner parts snapped off when I tried to repair and replace myself.
