They came out on Sunday afternoon as their earliest available date from my request date for service, May 15, service call; May 17, completion of work 2026. They also took the time to explain every step required to correct and repair the issue for which I am grateful because I watched, closely but not annoyingly, the entire process ,and they answered all of my questions patiently.
Do not go to this company, was late to the service, did not complete the job. And still charged me 1000 dollars. Supposedly they were a prior company called ?artesian? well but got shutdown due to lawsuits. He says he has 40 years experience but I couldn?t see that last night. RUN from this company me don?t make the mistake I did. Didn?t give me a receipt or invoice, nothing. Another company actually told us about his prior name and said he?s a scam.
This Was A Badly Neglected Well With No Proper Cover Cap That Needed A Crane To Service / I Had The Crane On Schedule For The Repair / But After Hearing A Very Non Rspectful Attitude I Refunded The Deposit
This man is a scammer. Him and his ?helper? came to our home after an hour long conversation on the phone answering his questions so he could get an understanding of what was needed. He then showed up an hour late with no equipment. He used our and our neighbors tools and did not accomplish a single thing while he was here. He then proceeded to charge us $1,000 for not fixing a single thing. Later we found out that he had to change his business name from Artesian Well due to his bad reputation he made for himself. Do not use this company. He will waste your time and money. It?s sad people like him exist in this world and are okay with committing fraud.
This Was An 50 Year Old Neglected Well With No Proper Cover Cap That Needed A Crane To Service / Which Was Not Avaliable On A Saturday / I Gave The Deposit Back / And Gave Them Guidance On What Needed To Be Done
Able Well and Pump Service did a great job.
Able Well helped me perform a chemical treatment of my home well after it failed a bacteria test. They also replaced and rewired the well cap. They were knowledgeable about the system and taught me a lot of great info about my home system. The reason for 1-star is the complete lack of punctuality. They were 5 hours late on the first day and 4 hours late on the second date. No one ever reached out to me to let me know they would be late or communicated a need to change the time of the appointment. For how expensive the service was, I would expect better communication and ability to keep an appointment. I'd recommend shocking your well yourself, it isn't hard, and spending almost 10 hours waiting on arrival was a hard way to spend my day.
THIS CUSTOMER HAD ANTS IN HER WELL WHICH I LEFT A HOSE CIRCULATING FOR A NUMBER OF HOURS MADE A RETURN TRIP ON A WEEKEND NO DOUBT THEN TREATED HER WELL WITH A COMMERCIAL CHLORINE PRODUCT INSTALLED A BUG FREE CAP THIS WAS PERFORMED AS NECESSARY !
Good work, professional, finished the work in a timely fashion. Only gripe is I felt the pricing was a bit wonky, would have preferred a better breakdown of the costs. Overall I would recommend, they did good work.
Excellent help advice and service
Called for quote on pressure water tank. Gave me a price of $1400.00 installed. My water tank had a small hole in it leaking water at the bottom. He arrived a few days later with a new Weltrol tank 32 Gallon. Which is exactly what I had. He asked me for some tools? Which I found odd. He then asked for 2 nails and a hammer? He had his helper get some rope out of his truck. He unscrewed the pump . Put the 2 nails in my rafters in the basement and hoisted up the pump without disconnecting the pump from the 2 water sources going to the pump and cracked the pipes leading to the well. He didn't admit that though. He put everything back together and the tank was making dripping sound from inside the tank. He then said to keep an eye on it? Knowing there was a problem . So I said ok? He then charged me $3,000.00 ?? But before he left he wanted to know where my well was? Which I found odd. A week later I went and checked on the tank. The concrete wall, the tank, the pump everything was soaking wet. So I called again and he came back out after a week and a half with another tank. I checked on that tank same results. Leaking, dripping from the inside and wet all over. I then challenged him and said that he cracked the water lines that's why it was soaking wet on the block wall the water was running on the outside wall seeping through the blocks and down my foundation. He flat out told me he was not going to fix it. I said well at least replace the tank again. He said he wouldn't know when he would be available. So I had to call another company to replace the lines tank and pump. I really don't know how this company is in business? 2 tanks in less then 2 months 3k put out and I'm in worst shape then before I called them??
