Reviews
Write a Review100% Excellent service!
Initially the gentleman was very responsive in answering the phone. He gave a an arrival time between 2-3pm or stated "maybe even earlier" However, he did not show up until after 8 pm and did not even call my parents who are elderly. This was not acceptable. They did a temporary fix due to needing to purchase a new tank. We will more than likely use another provider for the new part which means we paid $275.00 for a temporary fix. The trip charge was $250.00
This so called temporary fix prevented these elderly parents of the the home from burning up the pump in the well until they could afford to have a proper repair made The person who is complaining about the service does not understand heavy rain storms traffic and she was never to meet with repair crew at all anyway.
Tom from Able Well was knowledgeable and courteous. He and his partner installed new bladder tank and fixture.Although I may need a new well in the future, for now, everything, including improved water pressure is working great.Highly recommended-I should add prompt response and the fact they stayed until almost 9PM to finish the job.
He was a nice guy, just really bad on time commitment. Said he would be at the house around 6 pm, but didn't show up until almost 9:30 pm. For the repair work, he said he would do it over the weekend, but weekend came and no call. I had to call him for a status. He said Tuesday after 4 pm. By Tuesday at 5:30, I hadn't heard from him, so I called. Said he was tied up on another job and could he reschedule for the next day. Next day, again no call and no show. When I called him he said he had a business emergency and would definitely be out the next day by 3 pm. He didn't call or show up by 3:45 so I called again. He said he would be at our home within an hour because he was leaving Baltimore. He finally showed up at 8:40 pm. Finished the job around midnight. The good thing about his service was he is flexible on payment options.
Tom was excellent. He came out and did a thorough review of our well. We thought we needed a new pump, but Tom, after the assessment of the system, determined that we just needed to reset the parameters. He could have just said we needed a new pump, but didn't. I would definitely recommend Able Well and Pump Service to anyone needing well service
Took awhile getting to my house, but once there they were very curtious and knowledgeable. Spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my problem, not the outcome I wanted but a better understanding of the issue.
Called and within the same day I was able to get a new well installed. They worked late into the night and I was very happy to have running water again that same day especially for the month of February.
Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
Tom arrived on Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts needed for the repair, installed them and tested the system before his departure. He explained everything to us and was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company. Very pleased. He even called on Monday afternoon to make sure everything was still okay.
