His strongest attribute is paying extreme attention to detail. The second job was refurbishing a metal porch and steps. The most challenging part of this task was stripping off old paint, custom fabricating risers for the steps and painting. Again his attention to detail prevailed. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work.
