I got someone to come and check out my chimney immediately. Assessment was thorough and the repairs done within same week. Chimney work is pricey so we got the important things done first.

I am very pleased with A and S Clean Sweep! I spoke with the owner Mr. Gonzales upon calling to set up my appt. and had no delays there. The young man Savis who cleaned and inspected my fireplace and chimney, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he found on the inspection. The panels inside my fireplace insert needed replacing due to age related cracks and deterioration. This presented a fire hazard if used in this condition. Once finished, my fireplace looked new again and I felt safer to use!

Update to my previous review. After contacting Joseph with Around The Clock he promptly came to my home, fixed the settings on my unit and is coming back to clean my fireplace free of charge. He is also personally ordering me a new factory remote as I requested. Thank you, Joseph, for making things right, would do business with Joseph again.
