No hard sell gave me options and explained why each option would be done (and how long it should “put off” bigger job & just stop current emergency..,) AND a week later when another repair came up that I thought MAY have been related- not only did they come out immediately but he diagnosed the “real” problem; took pictures; told me what kind of professional to call and told me exactly what to tell them to verify diagnosis!! And he explained the problem in a way that I could understand and know what I was talking about with next repairman. I always feel I don’t get taken advantage of as often if I at least know the basics when talking. All that no charge and it wasn’t anything to do with the work they did Feel very lucky to have found these guys. Oh, and that was on a Saturday!!"
