Very friendly very not all of Jubal does an excellent job on the windows screens and can fix window screens and cleaning the lights in the tracks and all the windowsills plus can hose down or power wash the outside of the house and get stains off my sidewalk coming up to my door I would highly recommend them or use them a couple times and also a neighbor of mine
