APR actually called and showed up a day earlier than scheduled and completed the needed roof / chimney repair the same day. David provided excellent, friendly and knowledgeble customer service. Jose who did the repair was very professional. A very good service experience and I would recommend them to those who need a reliable company for roofing.

Excellent experience with APR. New flat roof on 2 flat in Chicago. David is professional, knowledgeable and honest. Very good and prompt communication explaining clearly with all questions answered. Clean up excellent considering tear off of several roofs. Customer service above and beyond.

Had a leak in a bedroom. APR called me that day and sent Jose to repair that day! Quickly found the issue and repaired! Also inspected the entire roof and repaired areas that would be potential leaks! Can't thank them enough for saving further damage! Great staff and response! Have hired APR to do further work!

We had water coming in from the ceiling over the weekend. The earliest Home Advisor could make an appointment was Tuesday. David reached out to us first thing Monday to see if he could get someone to look at the problem as soon as possible. Once one of his employees came out, he found several issues including an opening that was most likely cause the water to come in. He was able to patch up some asphalt shingles and replace a few broken ones on a 7 year old roof. The fee wasn't too bad, but of course every homeowner would love to save as much as possible. A few days after the work was done, David called to check to see if we were taking in anymore water. We were satisfied with the work and would consider hiring APR roofing again.
