I have called him to repair the leaks I had and I showed him where they were He replace my flat roof After 3 M I had the same issue with leaks in the same place I called him to check the roof and without looking at the roof he did, just looking around the house he said that it is a tucking problem and he can do it also How can he change my 10 year old roof if he knew is a tucking issue Please solve the problem I am in Eliza

David and the APR team were excellent. I contacted David thru Home Advisor while in California. He promptly responded and he very thoroughly explained the problem and identified the work that will be completed. He is a very patient and caring business owner and his team follow in his direction. He took his time and helped me to thoroughly understand the roofing process and we accomplished the task of getting the job done. From start to finish, David and his team were on task, cleaned up the area and completed our flat roof repair in one day as planned. Definitely fast, efficient and friendly. David and his team are professional and courteous and were throughout the whole process. My experience was far above and beyond business excellence and I am very grateful. I'm new to the roofing work and David made this experience great for my mom and me. Thank you, David and team APR!

Overall the roof the re-surfaced with additional work done one parapets and chimmney. The work was completed on a timely basis. I was disappointed when then cable T.V. Line for the satellite on the roof was broken. I let them know the TV was disconnected . They did not understand that they had broken the connection. I called Direct TV. They responded but it took 3 days before they could come and replace the cable line running on the roof. I also found that some of the.bricks on the backyard were also broken. We are putting the pieces together on one brick.
