Very efficient. Fixed a leaking refrigerator. He went beyond by cleaning behind the refrigerator.

He came right away and knew the exact problem. He will be back in the morning and replace the parts. He was very professional. I will use him for all my appliances that need fixing .Thank you!

I contacted Angi for help with my refrigerator issue. I was referred to a couple of companies and I got a call from Tyson at 1 call refrigeration. He told me this was on Sunday, he told me it would be best if he came the next day on Monday. I told him "ok" and would not look further for another company. On Monday he never showed up between the hours he would say he will be there and after being an hour late I sent him a text. He said he was putting a battery in his van and would be at my house shortly. Another 2 hours passed and he had not yet showed up. I sent him 2 more text messages asking if he was still coming and when he never responded to either message. I finally send him one last message telling him I was going to look for somebody else to fix my refrigerator. And I never heard back from him.

Tyson and his son were great! They came to the house prepared and fixed our dryer in about an hour. They even had the part that needed to be replaced. He even checked out our microwave and gave us a quote to repair or replace. They were affordable and included a 30 day warranty on the repair. We would definitely have them over again for any future repairs. Thank you so much!
