We had a water leak problem in our refrigerator. Tyson with 1Call came by as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line and proceeded to fix it without incident. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His fee was fair. I would definitely hire again.

Prompt, knowledgeable, efficient. Ty and son diagnosed the LG refrigerator problem quickly, had the fan motor in their van,. They were finished in about an hour. I will recommend them to everyone.

The problem with my washer was discussed in detail. Tyson knows the technology and mechanics of my 2012 Maytag Centennial top loader. Highly recommend for any appliance repairs needed. Tyson came out sooner than quoted on a sunday and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. Will be using again in future if needed
