We had this company pave our office parking lot. Reasonable estimate, great communication and quality work. Had a few other estimates that were more than double the price. Happily recommend this business!

Very upsetting. John came out to do an estimate for a chip seal on the parking area for our 4 plex. He said it would be 2 weeks as he was backed up. He gave a quote on the spot, nothing written. I told him yes, but was nervous since he wouldn't send a quote. He assured me he was going to do the work. weeks passed I sourced the material close by trying to make it easy on him (at that time he obviously hadn't even thought about material). weeks passed. Finally over 1.5 months as the weather had turned he said he could do it next week. Then a text that he had goofed up and meant the following week. Well, the season had really turned and next week is all rain. When he came out we were debating then decided to sell our building. I wanted this done for us, then before marketing it, then before open houses, then before an offer. By not being honest he may have lost us a bit of money, which isn't the worst. He appeared to have integrity, but really jerked us around. Why go out on a Home Advisor quote if you can't do the work? I work in construction myself, and consider myself to be really easy on contractors because I know what they go through. This is very upsetting to me & I am going to ask Home Advisor to reconsider contractors who leave homeowners in the lurch like this.

very pleasant experience from start to finish. Owner, front office and on the job staff were personable, friendly, professional and thorough. Would recommend to anyone needing striping services. Repaving our street is pending for another time.
