NOTE: Honeadvisors pull down menu only allows one project choice ( exterior shutters). This project was for a addition destroyed by the hurricane. Amazing quality workmanship, Todd and his crew pride themselves on craftsmanship and it shows. Unlike other contractors who rush through the job to get to the next his team focuses on the details. This project was a challenge from the start. They took it from a mess to a real point of pride, the outcome exceeded any reasonable expectation. The site was left clean and tidy each and every day, the crew friendly and respectful, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Todd if you want the best result.

Materials were ordered and the expected received date and work complete date they gave were accurate. I would definitely hire them again.

The workmanship they did on our house was outstanding. They were polite, friendly and after the job, they cleaned up everything. They always listened to our ideas and diacussed them with us. We would certainly hire them again

0.5 Stars is too high of a rating. This couple is running a business with NO customer service. I have been lied to more than once by them. Jan 8 I spoke with Todd via the phone, first time ever speaking to him, never met him. Met only his wife. He would not listen to a word I had to say. He yelled on the phone at me for approximately 15 minutes. And I yelled back even telling him to SHUT UP!!!!! The first thing out of his mouth right before he started yelling was you owe me this amount of money. He said I refused to pay my balance, which I never said. I did write in an e-mail that I did not approve of what he stated I owed. As of the phone call, I do not want him on my property. I hired him in Sept 2021 and wish I hadn't. The person who referred them to me said I would get a contract before any work would begin. I asked for contact and was told I didn't need one by his wife. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The floor that Todd installed is nice. However, when he installed a ceiling fan charging me $150 for the labor without my approval is when this couple of true colors came out. I wonder how many elderly people they are taking advantage of ? The biggest issue is how I was treated as a so-called customer. I have never dealt with a business so rude. Todd claims he has hundreds of happy customers, however, he only has nine positive comments and two of them are from the same person. I am not a happy customer and I want to protect others from being treated like I have been. I have no respect for Todd or Misty. They may be licensed, but if you dont listen to your customer, what good is a license, Anyone can be licensed. If my post makes it online I will be surprised. this has been the worst experience ever and I had my home here in Michigan built with zero issues. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! If you hire this company request a signed contract and supervise your projects!

Todd & his crew were amazing,the quality was excellent,not only was there craftsman ship top of the line Todd,Scott & John worked great together!I highly recommend them for any home improvement,they can do anything!
