The inspector did a very thorough report and gave me detailed descriptions on his concerns I needed to make sure were corrected.

I really appreciate the fact that the inspector, Michael Murphy, gave me the results of the home inspection via the phone in addition to sending my realtor and myself an email copy of the inspection. He also answered all my questions of concerns. It appeared as though he was very skilled and knowledgeable.

Michael Murphy was very thorough and meticulous in performing the inspection. His honest and credible input helped me make the correct decision for buying the home. I am very impressed with the process from the appointment scheduling , level of detail in reporting along with pictures, explaining the report , and the pricing. I need a home inspection in a hurry and Micheal Murphy of AHI answered the call, scheduled tie appointment and performed a thorough and comprehensive inspection of my property. In addition I had the completed home inspection report later that afternoon. He also sent me updates of issues as he was inspecting the property. I highly recommend him. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process and any future business that I have will be going to him.

So I very very rarely right reviews, I have to be quite impressed and I am. My inspector was very thorough and professional. I am a first time homebuyer and have been on pins and needles since this all started but I can honestly say that he has definitely been a plus in the process so far. I have already recommended him to my realtor and she even noticed his quality of work. Yes I definitely recommend that you save yourself some time and worry and pick MY inspector.

He puts in the real time needed to do the real job in the way it was always intended, not a “fly by” inspection.
