Justin Garcia communicates very well. He visited the job site within 24 hours of my call, conducted a thorough analysis of the items highlighted by the inspector, and issued his report. He is one of the most knowledgeable structural engineers in the state and his professionalism is exemplary.

Justin by chance as he was in the area working that day was able to provide the inspection the same day it was ordered but dont expect that we just got lucky. His fees are reasonable and his turn around on report very timely. His report was super detailed with recommendations on repairs unlike what some of my other interviews of engineers said they would provide. Most said they would write up a paragraph. His was almost 2 pages not that all are like that but super impressed with his knowledge and detail. I highly recommend hiring him.  Please file his information for future reference.

I’m thankful that I hired Justin. He completed a more thorough inspection than I originally intended. The problem I was concerned about turned out not to be my biggest problem. He identified another more serious issue.

I contacted AE Leuken after receiving two worrying, high-dollar amount bids for foundation repairs. Justin called me back and spent a lot of time asking questions to better understand my situation. He requested photos of the crack in my garage wall, and based on that and my description, he was able to really put my mind at ease. Even though I'm not a client, he generously shared his time & expertise with me, explaining what the most likely issue was and that documenting the crack over time was much more reasonable than doing expensive, yet unnecessary repairs. He provided several helpful suggestions for improving grading and drainage around our foundation. I am extremely grateful to Justin for his knowledgeable, in-depth answers and advice and for taking the time to help me!
