Justin inspected and wrote up a structural report on our home. He saved us from being ripped of by Peak Structural Inc. who wanted a fortune to permanently stabilize an already stable foundation. Justin pointed out a few areas of concern and gave his opinion on how to address them. Thank you AE Leuken.

Relieved me of my worries regarding the structure of my house. Peak structural had said I would have to replace several beams in the crawl space. AE Leuken confirmed that this was not required.

Exceptional work. Very old house, worked with me and regional building dept to get structures changes I needed. I have worked with other engineers, he is the best. He is very fair to low priced goâs above and beyond what is expected and knows what heâs doing. Canât recommend Justin and his other engineers enough!

Justin with AE Leuken was so professional and incredibly helpful. I called him last minute to inspect a home that I was in contract with and he came out next day! I can not recommend him and his company enough. I called so many Structural Engineering companies and this was the only one I felt I could trust to inspect and made me feel confident going through with the purchase of our new home!

Explain what you are looking for, then ask them to show you a better way to achieve your goal! worked great. I was going back and forth at the regional building department and they could not quite figure out what I needed to do what I wanted... and they are limited on how long they can help people. After several trips it became obvious to me that I needed some professional help. AEL was great!
