Amazing service!! ACG delivered as promised. I hired the company to install a dryer bent duct system to my roof as the unit was on a higher floor. Not only did they install an impeccable looking system, but the cleanup was especially thoughtful and thorough. At every step, I was advised and consulted of changes where there were to be deviations from the original plan. My installer, Ahmed, was especially professional, competent and respectful of the space. I highly recommend ACG.

When my HVAC wasn't working, these gentlemen said they would come take a look and give me a quote. I have 3 condensers, 2 of which weren't working. They came, did something in the backyard with the condensers and the systems started cooling. I was happy. They charged me, and I paid, even though as mentioned earlier, they were going to clear the repairs with me first. Since my systems were working, I agreed to pay. I have two issues with their work. A few hours after they left. I started having the same problem with one of the HVAC's. So they did not diagnose the problem accurately. Next, I asked them to let me know about some additional services that I was interested in. They said they'd get back to me, and after several follow-ups, I just gave up. I know they've had other positive reviews, so this could be a one-off. But their after sales service for me was terrible. I would not hire them again. It felt like a fly-by-night operation.

Ahmed is a nice and friendly guy. Responded to the call right away. However, I found that he is not necessarily very focused and detail oriented. He did not connect wires properly, and then could not detect a problem. I had to hire an electrician and pay another fee to fix something Ahmed should not have touched in the first place.

Thanks for the opportunity, but i visited the place two times to work out with the owner, and we found out the issue in the wires installed previously by his electrician, and needs to run anew wires. The family been nice to me, and i offered my help as needed.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
