A-Best Locksmith

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! I hired him to rekey 3 doors for $165. After he left I realized he damaged one of the door handles and did not complete the change. I then noticed when trying to fix it that he stole my old locks without my permission. I reached out to him, sent photos, even asked him to tell me how to fix it because I own a rental property and need to rent it out asap. This man who had been harassing me for my business for two days did not respond to my calls or texts. I am not sure if he is racist or looks down on women or if he is just a terrible business owner. I have also noticed that the email on Angi is not the email he gave for payment so it seems he is probably doing terrible work and then using different email addresses when he is banned. I am filing criminal and civil charges against this man and have never done this. It was that bad!!! Please, please, save yourself the headache and do not hire him, I am begging you!

Mr. Dean from A-Best was the first to contact me and immediately responded to my home. The others companies from Angi took hours to contact me or never bother to call me. Once Mr. Dean took a look at the problem he was able to diagnosed the issue going on with my door lock not being able to lock properly. In less than an hour he was able to complete the job. He accepts cash, check, credit card etc...which made it very easy to make payment. Some companies wont even take checks anymore and insist on using payment type apps. I found the price he charged fair and reasonable. I would recommend Mr. Dean for any similar job.
